Description


Adds a couple of options to areas. If anyone has any ideas for more, please tell me.

Features

  • Allows you to marry an in-game switch to an area, thus allowing it to be turned on and off at will. This can be useful if say, after some event in your game, like a volcano erupting, you want different monsters to pop up
  • Allows you to set an encounter step for each area. Where two areas conflict, it takes the smallest encounter step

TDS Resolution Change

Introduction

Well if you want to transition your project to VX or just want the old 640 x 480 this script will help you out.

Features

It just changes the default 544 x 416 screen resolution of VX to 640 x 480 the RPG Maker XP resolution.

Instructions
Just put it above main in the area for new scripts and it does all its functions alone.

Compatibility

It’s recommended that you use the minimum map size of Width x 20 Height x 15 so the script wont try to loop on the remaining map.

Well… The script is not complete… Mostly because I’ve been busy and cant find the time to go class by class and making it compatible.

If any other scripter wishes to make the other VX scripts compatible with the new screen resolution it will greatly appreciated.

What is this script?
This simple script allows you to have a battle background instead of the abstract background which is the default for RPG Maker VX. Simply define the Background filename in the customization section, along with your Map_ID.

[RMVX] Regenerate HP/MP on defense

Description:

With this script, the developer has the ability to allow players to regenerate HP and/or SP (Now MP) when they defend. The customization is at the top of the script. This script was made by analyzing the Scene_Battle script in the Trial version and then remaking it in XP, so there may/may not be bugs.
